Steamy Creamy Cabbage

Servings:

8 C shredded cabbage
2 T butter
¼ C water
1 clove (or more) garlic
½ C sour cream
1T sugar
2 T vinegar
1 tsp salt

In a large Dutch oven, combine cabbage, butter, water, and garlic. Steam 10-12 min. Mix other ingredients. Add to cabbage.
