Basil Sauce (Pesto)


2 C firmly packed basil
1/4 C pine nuts (or walnuts)
3 cloves garlic
½ C olive oil
3/4 C Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp salt

Combine all in food processor. The end. 

Serve on pasta, pizza, grilled fish, soups, sandwiches. Can be frozen, but do not cook it (i.e., put it on whatever you're putting it on after whatever you're putting it on is already hot).
