Several acres of pasture support a small flock of sheep, We raise a limited amount of livestock on the farm to add fertility, to balance diversity, and to provide safe, locally produced meats for our community.
Lamb- raised on organic grain and mother’s milk for 2 months then raised on pasture. Whole lamb 35-45#. Expect in early winter.
Turkey- Free ranging on pasture and organic grain from a local farm. Offered around
Thanksgiving.
Chicken- whole roasting birds, organic offered as available.
Beef- pasture raised hamburger and steaks from Farmers Gate
